We’re back with another Today’s Spark collaboration with The Jane Club, in our series of ideas, crowdsourced tips and more from your favorite marketing consulting agency, Spark Focus. The club is hosting a virtual auction through Saturday, December 16th, so check out the offerings - including a digital content strategy (for a work or home project) from Spark Focus.
Here’s the gift guide you didn’t know you were waiting for, withthe tech gifts we’re giving - or getting ourselves - this year:
E: LED candles with a remote control, one of my current faves!
T: I won't shut up about this $100 mouse I bought.
E: Bone conducting headphones are really great
K: Using Rakuten to earn cash back on all this gifting (for a little treat for myself post-holiday) seamlessly with the Chrome plugin.
E: Loop headphones are great for ND people.
JA: This clock
E: A plug in diffuser is one of my faves!
E: I dream of an automatic dog ball thrower!
E: I really like the app Endel for groovy sounds that distract ND brains.
JM: Favorite tech gift for kids is the Yoto player.
Durable, accessible, they can use it independently and it’s nearly impossible to break. It is built to be used & violently loved by a child.
A 16x16 pixel display provides a gentle visual without being a distracting and stimulating screen. Stories, music, and build-your-own cards and playlists let you have full control of the content your child has access to. And the Daily Yoto show is fun, fresh, and most importantly age-appropriate.
E: I know a lot of tech teens are into the interchangeable keyboard pieces, so a set of those might be of interest? Also, Kindle or Kobo Unlimited!
JA: I love my Wyze doorbell cam…and all my Wyze outdoor cams
E: There is a service called Crunchyroll that is like Netflix for Anime.
K: I also love LOOONG charging cords for home & cute pouches for more cords when I travel.
E: This isn’t technology, but I bought a mini shelf that you attach to the plug so that you can rest things on it while they charge. I didn’t have a surface I could reach so it helps keep things off the floor! Got it on Temu.
JA: I have a few of these outlets with USB ports…
E: We are buying a digital drawing tablet for my daughter this year.
JM: I LOVE gifting a Nixplay to friends and making sure to either connect on the app or exchange our frames’ email addresses so we can regularly send new photos and vids directly to each other’s displays.
E: Mini photo printer!
J: Join The Jane Club to find a community where we can discuss tech gifts along with career goals, family challenges and creative projects. A small investment in ourselves that has made a big impact in 2023 for sure!
